Day 3 was workshop sessions with the leadership team to lock in actions for putting things into action. Prepared for Sprint Planning with Scrum Masters and Product Owner.
Day 4 we kicked off 2 Scrum teams and 1 Kanban team. On the job coaching with the the team to ensure they practice what was taught. Leaving them with a set of Observation, feedback and challenges!
