Love how quickly startups move!
In February a friend introduced me to Sirclo (https://www.sirclo.com/) and today – about 2 months later, I find myself in Jakarta, Indonesia delivering training and transformation coaching to the vibrant, excited and eager team members here.
The team at Sirclo had attempted to become agile a year ago from within, but found that many pieces were missing, mindset was not in place, tools and processes did not deliver the expected benefits. So this time they found me through an acquaintance and…not-so-long story short…here I am.
2 days training (Agile, leadership, Kanban, Scrum) done – have 2 more days of on the job coaching with the team coming.
