Advance Scrum Master 1 Day Workshop
This advance Scrum Master workshop is designed to take any practising scrum master's skills and knowledge to the next level.
Aimed at scrum masters new and old, the course is designed to reinforce, challenge and re-invigorate any Scrum Master's passion in the core fundamentals of Scrum.
Whether if you are still new to the role or have been at it for a while, we can all benefit from learning from other people's experience, that's why this course gives everyone the opportunities to share their challenges and successes on the job.
During this course we will embark on a journey to discuss, explore issues and share ideas to tackle issues experienced at each of the Scrum Events, Roles, Artefacts and Values. We encourage you bring any issues you have experienced at work, bring it to the course and challenge the whole group to explore solutions!
This course would also be helpful for other scrum certification holders to advance their learning with practical examples and real-life challenges and solutions.

- Format: Training workshop, mock sprint & LOTS of discussions – be ready to participate!
- Pre-requisites:
- Be a practising (or have responsibilities of) Scrum Master
- Come to course prepared to participate
- Come to course with REAL examples of issues to challenge other attendees
- Be ready and open to try DIFFERENT ideas to address issues
- **If you are NOT a Scrum Master you may find it hard to follow the discussions
- Includes course material handout & slides.

The Advance Scrum Master workshop is fantastic!
