Agile, Kanban & Scrum 2 Day Course for Product Owners and Product Managers
We designed this Agile, Kanban & Scrum Course for Product Owners or Product Managers or in fact, anyone that has the role that can determine the success and features of a product. One of the most challenging roles in the modern day’s product development – the Product Owner role is key to the communication, prioritization and value that is generated from a successful product.
In this 2 day course we will discover what it means to be Agile, the principles and values we should follow in order to build a successful agile product. You will learn the practice of Kanban and Scrum and in depth what your role is within the Scrum framework.
We will talk (and play some games) to determine what is the best use of your team’s time each sprint, how to prioritize, how to deal with competing requests and stakeholder management. Whether you are a new Product Owner or someone that wants a refresher, this 2 day course will engage, excite and re-affirm your knowledge of what it means to be agile, work as an agile team with agile mindset, as well as the practice of Scrum.
This course also include information for Product Owners (Product Managers) to help them perform their job day to day in order to develop an agile product with the highest customer value and a happier, frequently successful team.
