This past weekend i had the pleasure of teaching yet another Agile mindset, Kanban and Scrum class at Hacktiv8.
I was happy to see quite a number of project managers in attendance & over the period of the course of 2 days, that they started to understand how a more agile approach to managing project is actually more reaslistic, sensible and achievable.
The challenge as I always say, is to now take the knowledge and apply it to your work.
